1. Payments
• Camping pitches :
Deposit of 30% of the total cost & €20.00 for a stay equal or more than 5 nights to be paid at the time of reservation. A voucher will be sent after receiving your deposit, confirming your reservation and indicating the remaining amount to be paid at your arrival.
• Self catering accommodation :
Deposit of 30% + €10.00 as booking fees for stays between 2 and 4 nights or €20.00 for stays of 5 nights and more, to be paid at the time of reservation. Balance to be paid 30 days maximum before your arrival.
A confirmation for your option will be sent with all the details of your reservation within 8 days after receiving your deposit and booking fees.
Warning : if the balance is not received in time, your reservation will be cancelled and the accommodation will be put back for sale. No refund can be obtained.
2. Late booking
Do not hesitate to call us at the last minute! If you book less than 30 days before your arrival, the total cost of your stay has to be paid at the time of reservation.
3. Accepted means of payment
Credit card : Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa Bank transfer.
4. Occupancy
The number of persons mentioned for every accommodation is the maximum authorized number.
It can not be exceeded for security and insurance reasons.
(camping emplacements : 6 people maximum.)
Visitors are not allowed. It is therefore forbidden to receive people from outside the campsite on your pitch or in your accommodation. Access to the services and swimming pools is also prohibited.
5. Amending your booking
Any amendment concerning dates, place, duration, number of people in your party shall be accepted beforehand by our services . Any alteration may incur further charges. In case of circumstances beyond our control, we may have to modify or cancel your stay.
We would propose you an equivalent stay with different dates or different accommodation depending on availability.
These conditions do not apply in the event of war, natural disaster or epidemics.
6. Insurance for cancellation
The Cancellation and Interruption of stay insurance is optional but we invite you to subscribe. Its amount is 3,5% of the total amount of the stay. It covers, in particular, cancellations of stay in the event of illness (hospitalization), serious accident or death, claims causing significant damage to your home, dismissal or modification of your leave by your employer, following an examination or a court . All the clauses of the cancellation insurance contract can be consulted on request and on the website: www.campez-couvert.com.
In case of cancellation or interruption of stay, for a cause coming within the framework of the contract signed, you must declare your claim with the insurer within 48 hours by mail: "Gritchen Affinity - Service Sinistre - BP66048 - 18024 BOURGES Cedex" or by Internet: www.campez-couvert.com/sinistres or by e-mail: sinistres@campez-couvert.com.
7. Cancellation
• Self catering accommodation and pitches.
For a stay cancelled more than 30 days before arrival, the deposit and booking fees will be retained by Domaine de la Ville Huchet.
For a stay cancelled less than 30 days before arrival, or for a stay interrupted or not achieved for any reason, the total amount of this stay will be retained by Domaine de la Ville Huchet or due if not paid. No refund is planned in case of breaking off your stay.
In case of no show on the day of arrival and if our services have not been informed of the postponement of the arrival date; The reservation will be canceled, and the deposit and handling fees will be retained at Domaine de la Ville Huchet.
8. Tariffs
The prices in our brochure all include VAT, but not the tourist tax. Our prices are calculated on the basis of the current VAT rates, and are consequently likely to be amended according to the potential variations of these rates. However, the price given to client at the time of reservation prevails and cannot be modified for any reason, unless the client decides to amend his/her booking (change in the type of accommodation, the number of participants, the dates of stay and addition/cancellation of extra services).
9. Tourist tax
It is payable on site. The amount and conditions of enforcement are fixed by the local authorities every year.
10. Children
The age of the children is calculated according to their birthday and the arrival date. An official document could be asked for on arrival.
11. Pets
Pets are not allowed to stroll around and must be kept on a lead. They are not allowed in public places. Pets have to be reported to the booking department at the time of reservation. An extra fee per day per animal will be required.
(2 animals maximum per accommodation / camping pitch)
Your animals are welcome under 2 conditions:
- Updated vaccination (vaccination book requested)
- Dangerous dogs are banned from the campsite.
12. Valuables
It is recommended not to leave any valuables in your accommodation.
A safety deposit box is available at the campsite reception.
13. Complaints
All complaints concerning your stay should be sent by registered post within 30 days following your visit to:

14. Image rights
You expressly authorize with no counterpart Domaine de la Ville Huchet to use pictures or videos of you or your children that could be taken during your stay for our promotional needs.
15. Consumer mediator
According to the legal provisions of the L 1612-1 article of the French Consumer Code, any client of the campsite has the right to benefit from the free assistance of a consumer mediator in order to resolve amicably any dispute which could oppose him/her to the manager of the campsite.

Your stay
The arrival and departure times are fixed for each type of accommodation. Many thanks for respecting these times in order make everybody’s work easier and efficient. In case of late arrivals, please contact our booking department.
• Environment
The sorting of rubbish is compulsory on site.
Several rubbish containers are available at the entrance of the campsite : a glass container and a yellow container for the rest of refuse which can be recycled. Many thanks for your efforts.
• Arrivals/departures
• Self catering accommodation :
in the high season, arrivals on Saturday (for Krusoé’s customers : arrivals on Sunday) ;
before and after this period, short breaks are also possible on any arrival day. Contact us for more information.
Arrivals from 4 p.m. / Departures before 10 a.m.
• Pitches :
arrivals from 2 p.m.
departures before 12 a.m.
• Security deposit :
A security deposit of € 270 per accommodation will be asked for on arrival + €30.00 for the barrier pass. This is payable by credit card or cash. It will be returned to you at the end of your visit, with deductions made in case of material damaged or lost, also for extra cleaning fees if the accommodation is not left in a good condition of cleanliness.
• Cleaning in accommodation :
In self catering accommodation, cleaning is your responsibility.
Cleaning equipment is provided for this purpose.
If you do not wish to clean your accommodation at the end of your stay, a cleaning service is available for a cost of € 65 per accommodation fo 1&2 bedrooms and € 80 for a 3&4 bedrooms.
This service shall be requested several days before your departure.
If you do not choose this service and if your accommodation is left in an unsatisfactory condition, we reserve the right to take € 65/€ 80 off your deposit.
Anyway, you are bound to empty the bins into the containers at the entrance of the campsite and do the washing up
